Reshipment Policy for Retail Orders
Damaged Shipments
💡 If your order arrives damaged, we will resend it at no extra cost. Requirements:
- Clear photos of the package showing the recipient details immediately after delivery.
- Clear photos of the damaged items and the packaging.
Undelivered Shipments
💡 If your shipment is not delivered within the timeframes below:
- 45 days (EU, USA, UK)
- 60 days (rest of the world, including islands)
Please email us with your tracking number. After verification, we will resend your order at no extra cost.
Delay Notifications
If your tracking does not update or your shipment appears delayed, you must contact our support at info@deuspower.info within 45 days from the shipment date. Notifications received after this period do not qualify for a reshipment or investigation, as tracking data may no longer be available.
Held/Seized Shipments
💡 If your package is held by customs or the FDA, we will resend it at no extra cost, provided you send:
- A photo (minimum 120 dpi) of the customs/FDA envelope or notice showing the recipient’s name.
- A photo of the seizure notice showing the recipient details.
- A new delivery address and the recipient name (required for reshipment).
Only the originally ordered products will be resent, and no changes to the order will be accepted.
Reshipping Fees (Customer Error)
💡 If an incorrect or incomplete address was provided (e.g., missing building number, company name, or delivery instructions), or the recipient is unavailable, an additional reshipping fee will be charged.
Fees
- EU countries: 22 EUR (Deus Medical & Astera Labs), 8 EUR (Biaxol)
- Non-EU countries: 28 EUR (Deus Medical & Astera Labs), 15 EUR (Biaxol)
- United States: 30 EUR (Deus Medical & Astera Labs)
If your order contains multiple packages, separate shipping fees apply for each package.
If the recipient is not available on the day of delivery, consider the following options:
- Leave the package in a mailbox (include recipient name if required).
- Leave the package at the door.
- Deliver to a neighbor (provide an address).
Unclaimed Shipments
If a package is marked “ready for pickup” and a pickup location and deadline are provided, it must be collected within the stated period. Otherwise, an additional reshipping fee will be charged.
