How Reward Points Work
Earning Points by Shopping
The simplest way to earn reward points is by purchasing products from our store. The more you buy, the more points you earn.
- Points earned per product: Visible on each product page, under the "Add to Cart" button.
- Product cost in points: Shown directly under the EUR price.
Points are added to your account once payment is received and your order is dispatched.
Understanding Reward Points on Product Pages
Each product page shows two important reward point values:
- Price in Reward Points — This is the cost to buy the product using only reward points. For example, "Price in Reward Points: X" means you need X points to purchase the product entirely with points.
- Receive X Reward Points — This is how many points you'll earn when you purchase the product with EUR. For example, "Receive X Reward Points" means X points will be added to your account after your order is dispatched.
Using Points at Checkout
When you're ready to use your points, here's what you'll see during checkout:
- Use Reward Points (Available X) — Shows your total available points balance.
- Points To Use (Max=X) — The maximum points you can apply to this order (up to 70% of your product total, excluding shipping).
Enter the number of points you want to use and click Submit. The discount will be applied to your order total automatically.

Spending Your Points
- Reward points can be used to cover the cost of your purchase.
- Each product page shows both the EUR price and the cost in reward points.
- A maximum of 70% of your order can be covered by reward points (excluding shipping).
Checking Your Balance
Log in to your account and click on "Reward Points" in your account menu to view your current balance.
General Conditions
- You must be a registered customer to participate.
- Points are credited when payment is received and your order is dispatched.
- Reward points expire after 90 days from the date they are added.
- Reward points cannot be exchanged for currency and are non-refundable.
