Shipping and Returns

Where we ship

We ship to the EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway, the Balkans, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and most of South-East Asia. Selected countries may be temporarily unavailable depending on customs conditions.

Lead times

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. A tracking number is emailed when the parcel leaves the warehouse.

Discreet packaging

Every parcel is shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with a neutral return address. The contents are sealed in tamper-evident inner packaging.

Re-ship guarantee

If a tracked parcel is confirmed lost in transit or seized by customs, we will re-ship the order at our expense one time per order, at no additional charge.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your parcel on arrival. If anything is missing, broken or incorrect, email info@deuspowershop.com within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will replace the affected items or issue a refund.

Returns

For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, sealed pharmaceutical items cannot be returned once the parcel has been opened, except in cases of defect or shipping error. Where a return is accepted, we will issue return instructions by email.
