Reporting Delays

If your tracking has not updated or your parcel appears delayed, you must contact our support team at info@deuspower.info within 45 days from the shipping date. Reports made after this period will not qualify for re-shipping or investigation.

Returns

Items sold by DEUS POWER are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once a payment is made for any order using any of the payment methods, refunds are not provided.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need your item exchanged, please email us at info@deuspower.info.

Re-Shipping

For delivery-related issues, please refer to our Re-shipping Policy.

If your order is seized:

Provide a 120 dpi picture of the envelope or letter from customs or FDA showing the receiver’s name.
Provide a 120 dpi picture of the seizure notice with receiver name.
Include a new shipping address.
