Peptide Reconstitution Guide
Step 1: Prepare Your Supplies
Get everything ready: peptide vial, bacteriostatic water, alcohol swabs, insulin syringe, and a clean surface.
Step 2: Inspect the Vial
Ensure the peptide powder is intact — no melting, clumping, or liquid. Only proceed with vials that appear dry and undisturbed.
Step 3: Disinfect the Vials
Use alcohol swabs to thoroughly clean the rubber stoppers of both the bacteriostatic water and peptide vials before puncturing. This ensures sterile reconstitution.
Step 4: Draw Bacteriostatic Water
Use the insulin syringe to draw up the correct amount of bacteriostatic water slowly. Make sure the syringe remains sterile and avoid touching the needle.
Step 5: Inject Water Into Peptide Vial
Slowly inject the water into the vial by letting it trickle down the inner wall. Never spray water directly onto the powder to avoid damaging it.
Step 6: Mix Gently
Gently swirl the vial in a circular motion to help dissolve the powder. Do not shake or apply pressure as this may denature the peptide.
Step 7: Store Properly
Store the reconstituted peptide in the fridge between 2°C–8°C. Avoid exposure to light or repeated temperature changes.
